Our Colwyn Bay facility, based in North Wales UK - is world-class; the plant is a super-lean and cost-efficient manufacturing operation with a policy of empowering workers. The Colwyn Bay plant plays an important role as the Group’s centre for, testing and manufacturing of QH Water Pumps and related engine ancillary equipment.
The entire life-cycle of QH Water Pumps is taken care of at the Colwyn Bay facility, including product performance development and rigorous long-term durability testing. Once a design has been signed-off it can go into full production without leaving the site.
The production process starts with ingots of high grade aluminium, and finishes with a complete boxed and tested product - ready for distribution to anywhere in the world. The benefit to our customers of maintaining a manufacturing base, and keeping the entire production cycle in-house, is continuity of supply and guaranteed quality.
