New QH Lip Shock Absorber Range

Klarius Group are launching new QH Lip shock absorbers range
The Klarius Group is exercising its manufacturing might with the launch of a new QH Lip shock absorber range, designed and manufactured at its own OE manufacturer supply plant in Bilbao Spain.
One of the signature statements for the Klarius Group brands is that they are 1st to market with new products. Using flexible manufacturing techniques and in-house R&D facilities, the new QH Lip range is based on the latest generation of OE quality products, incorporating a range of technical features and market leading quality standards at a competitive price point designed to give stockists a clear advantage.
The QH Lip plant has been producing shock absorbers for the global market for over 60 years and the combined product performance and manufacturing expertise at the site ensures that the latest range will prove to be a pleasant surprise to the EU aftermarket.
Supported by a now unrivalled global stock and logistics network, availability also promises to be market leading. The entire range has a new simpler reference system and new literature to support it. The new range covers more vehicles, yet has a reduced number of product references, leading to lower local stock levels. This in turn will free-up valuable warehousing space and make administration and order processing both more efficient and less costly.
The underlying technology employed on the QH Lip range ensures first class performance, adding comfort and road holding to a vehicle in addition to added safety and softer braking. Unlike many lower quality items available on the replacement market, all QH Lip products are manufactured using a one-piece heat sealed tube eliminating leaks due to jointing issues. The internal finish is also mirror surfaced giving premium ride comfort.
The latest design innovations and materials have been used such as chromed piston rods. The seals have come in for particular attention; creating a new internal pressure structure and the latest composite polymer materials to ensure extended wear-life and consistent long-term damping performance.
Extensive In-house and on track testing has also resulted in an exclusive MEP/MEV technology, developed to fine-tune internal fluid movement to ensure each product is carefully and closely matched to the unique dynamics and load pattern of each individual vehicle: the same development technology is used to create an OE product. This also reduces noise and oil degradation providing a quality feel when in use.
Forming part of the largest selection of dedicated aftermarket steering and suspension components available form one supplier, there are also huge gains to be made from sourcing a wider range of products from one supplier. A legitimate claim coming from a group offering over 100,000 product lines, all quality assured and available same-day directly from stock.
